  1. How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this link to track your order's delivery status.

  2. What is your return policy?
    We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. For more details, visit our Return and Refund Policy.

  3. How do I contact customer service?

    You can reach our customer support team via email at support@mamamillionsco.com or through the contact form on our website. Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.

  4. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
    If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within the first 12 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already been processed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

  5. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible. 

  6. Do you offer international shipping?
    Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are exploring options for international shipping in the future, so stay tuned!

  7. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Your payment information is securely processed, and we do not store your credit card details.

  8. Is there a reward program for loyal customers?
    Not at the moment, but we have plans to launch a rewards program in the future where you can earn points for purchases, referrals, and more.

  9. Can I find your products in physical stores?
    Currently, our products are only available through our website. This allows us to maintain the highest quality and freshness for your experience.
